Shipping Policies
In-stock items will be ship out within 2-3 business days. Some product
requires custom order, and that take time. Lead times on custom build
products will be confirmed upon purchase.
Shipping Charges
The vast majority of our products are small parts which will be shipped
out via Registered Air Mail for a low rate. Typically shipping will take
8-14 business days. For certain products like guitar body, there is a
quicker delivery option aka EMS which has online tracking facility. Please

Return Policies
All returns and refunds must be made within 5 days, and authorized by Flexguitars.com. Unopened items may be returned for credit/refund within 5 days of receipt, provided all packaging is undamaged and in good condition. Any items that have been installed, used and/or damaged in any way are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds/credits can not be given on damaged products or packaging. Customers will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges on returned items.
